| | I just got this lens as new old stock. Handling is excellent, with clicky aperature ring and a long travel, easy to grip focus ring. Image quality seems decent but not pin sharp, however I need to test with a lens hood before I can rule out flare from the cause. There is noticeable distortion, but it is easily correctable in lightroom.
The one aspect that's jumped out at me is the color reproduction. In-focus colors pop vividly, while fading quickly once out of focus. The overall effect is distinctively pleasant and not something I've personally experienced before.
Important note that while the lens manual does indicate it is designed for the KR mount, it does not have the ricoh pin, but instead an indentation where the AF screw sits. So far this has not impacted operation of the camera, or swapping of the lens, in any way.
