Nothing special here, but a serviceable lens. Nice to have the fixed f4.5, but it sharpens up nicely at f8. Push-pull zoom with fixed focus, so it might be useful as a video lens. I think the bokeh is somewhat unique and quite pleasing. The pseudo-macro (1:3.5 at best) results in quite nice pics such as the one attached.
