Classic 1960's preset lens. This is the kid brother to the
tele-Tokina 400mm f6.3. Can be found as Soligor (pic 2), Hanimex, Palinar (pic 1), Accura, Lentar, Vemar, Sears, Spiratone, Prinz, Cunor ... et al. The Soligors normally have Hxxxx serial numbers.

This lens is a structurally distinct, if not specifically optically distinct, 4 element design from the (later?) tokina tele-auto 300mm f5.5 that was also (?mainly) marketed as soligor and vivitar, fixed and swappable T4 mounts, separate review

NOTE that although t-mount is usual on these lenses, there is also a variant with a 47mm thread connection to the lens, not the 42mm thread of the standard t-mount. The Palinar pictured has this 47mm mount (pic 3).
