It seems this lens succeeded the
t-mount preset 200mm f3.5 but was then soon itself succeeded by a
T4 and then TX mount vivitar 200mm f3.5 (=
tokina RMC 200mm apart from TX mount) and then by the
komine made 200mm f3.5, which is the most common viv 200mm.
Classic and classy all metal lens. The vivs are usually with swappable T4 mount. Also found as a soligor (most often fixed mount) and other marques as well (sears, lentar...).
All the T4/TX mount lenses are made by tokina. Pic of tokina, sears and vivitar versions of this 200mm
here.

Swappable T4 mount (the later TX mount has TX printed on the end), available mounts include M42, OM, Konica, Canon FD, Nikon F, Minolta MD but NOT pentax K - the latter only as TX. It is possible to mod the lens mount baseplate to allow full functionality of the PK TX mount on a T4 lens like this -
